【摘要】

数控机床作为机电一体化的典型产品,在机械制造业中发挥着巨大的作用,很好地解决了现代机械制造中结构复杂、精密、批量小、多变零件的加工问题,且能稳定产品的加工质量,大幅度地提高生产效率。但从目前企业面临的情况看,因数控机床价格较贵,一次性投资较大使企业心有余而力不足。我国作为机床大国,拥有大量的普通机床。因此,对普通机床数控化改造不失为一种较好的选择。

前言部分

计算机技术和先进制造技术的发展,推动了机械加工在各方面的变革和进步。典型的数控机床已成为现代加工器械的鲜明代表。考虑到企业的生产效率和投入成本,普通车床的数控化改造将是一个极为有意义的课题。

普通车床数控改造的设计是机电一体化系统课程设计的主要内容。作为机械设计制造及其自动化专业的学生,这次设计是本人在学习完“机电一体化系统设计”、“数控机床”等专业课程之后进行的一个重要的实践性教学环节。通过综合运用所学的机械、电子、自动控制、微机等知识,进行一次机电结合的全面训练,以培养独立分析问题,解决问题和进行机电一体化系统初步设计的能力。

由于学生水平有限,在设计乃至计算过程中难免会有一些错误,望各位老师及同学指点赐教。不胜感激。
