多巴酚丁胺、硫酸镁治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭的临床观察

【摘要】 目的：观察多巴酚丁胺、硫酸镁治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选取240例慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组各120例，对照组采用抗生素、支气管扩张剂、强心利尿、止咳、祛痰、吸氧、纠正水、电解质、酸碱平衡失调等综合治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上，停用强心剂、利尿剂，应用多巴酚丁胺60 mg、25%硫酸镁10 ml，加入5%葡萄糖液300 ml，以10～15滴/min静脉滴注。1次/d，连续7 d为一疗程。结果：治疗后治疗组总有效率95.0%，对照组66.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 【关键词】 多巴酚丁胺； 硫酸镁； 慢性肺心病心力衰竭
