摘要

随着改革开放的不断深入，市场经济体制的日益完善，偿债能力已构成现代企业财务管理的核心内容，也是进行财务分析的一个重要方面。重视企业偿债能力的分析，意义非常重大。对企业内部而言，通过测定企业偿债能力，有利于科学地进行筹资和投资决策，灵活运用企业资金；对企业外部而言，企业偿债能力的强弱是债权人确定贷款决策和方向的主要依据。可见，分析企业的偿债能力，对企业能否健康生存和发展，具有非常积极的意义。

作为成立十九年来始终保持中国工程机械行业排头兵地位的徐工集团，它的生死存亡可以说关乎到整个行业甚至整个国家的经济发展水平。因而对徐工集团的偿债能力的分析，有着及其重要的现实意义。

因此，本文以徐工集团上市公司徐工科技股份有限公司提供的04-07年的实际数据作为分析案例，首先对企业偿债能力及其相关指标进行了简单的理论介绍；然后在此基础上，具体与同行业中最能与该集团竞争的企业集团柳工集团进行了包括横向与纵向的综合偿债能力分析，这是全文的重点部分;最后，本人针对综合分析的结论，对该集团如何进一步提高企业的偿债能力提出了一些个人的对策与建议。

全文的主要创新部分在于全文的第四部分，基于现行偿债能力评价体系和评价标准都存在着诸多的缺点与不适合我国企业的具体情况，该部分又对现行偿债能力评价体系的主要评价指标存在的不足及其修正方法进行了简单的理论介绍与探讨。

Abstract

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, and the increasing improvement of the marketing economic system, the solvency is not only the core content of the modern enterprise financial management , but also an important aspect of the financial analysis . It is of great significance to pay attention to the enterprises’ solvency. To the interior, testing the solvency of enterprises can help enterprises make financing and investment decisions scientifically, and use the corporate funds with flexibility .To the exterior, that enterprises’ solvency of the loan is strong or not is the main basis for creditors to determine the policy and direction of the loan. So, analyzing the solvency of enterprises takes a very active meaning to enterprises’ survival and sound development.

As the vanguard of China's construction machinery industry status for 19 years from it started, Xugong Group, which can determine the entire industry’s or even the whole country's economic development level. Thus the analysis of the solvency of Xugong Group has an important practical significance.

Therefore, this paper is based on the actual data of years of 2004-2007,which is offered by Xugong Group Co., Ltd.. First of all, this paper gives a generate introduction of the theory of the related indicators of solvency of enterprises; Second, this paper analyzes the enterprises’ solvency of the enterprise, making concrete with the same profession in can with this group competition enterprise ,including crosswise and the longitudinal generalized analysis,and this is the key part of the full text; Finally, I give my personal point of views and suggestions to further develop the Xugong Groups’ solvency, according to the analyzing of the results.

The main innovation part of the full text lies in the fourth part,as the present credit capacity appraisal system and the evaluation criteria have many shortcomings and mang of them do not suit our country Enterprise's special details, this part carries on the simple theory introduction to the present credit capacity appraisal revision.
