Position: Trade lane Manager:
-Responsible for CN-US&CA traffic development; -Maintain existing customer base; -Targeting potential customers; -Evaluating sales targets;
-Sales lead/routing order follow up; -Sales lead development;
-Prepare presentation and others for sales visit; -Prepare timely sales visit report&visiting schedule; -Establish comprehensive customer needs;
-Clearly identify and stating down customer needs; -Define SOP
-Accquiring market information -Account receivable matters;
Requiments:
-Very fluent in English both oral and written -Ocean freight experience is preferred
-Overseas working or study in USA experience is an advantage -Microsoft office and power point proficient
Position: District Security Manager
Reports To: Direct report to National Security Manager Overall Position Purpose
·Assist the Security Manager to develop, implement and enforce security policies, procedures and initiatives covering all company assets, shipments and personnel ·Provide security support for Sales and Business Development initiatives in meeting planned business growth. Job Duties
1. Assist the Security Manager to develop, implement and continuously improve on facility security policies that safeguard all Company assets, shipments and personnel.
2. Conduct periodic and ad hoc security audits and security assessments to ensure full compliance to all security policies, procedures and initiatives.
3. Assist the Security Manager to manage the security function for District -- with special attention to Gateway Branch-- and all internally or externally contracted security personnel to ensure the security of company asset including staff and shipments assigned to the company.
4. Conduct investigations into suspected, known and reported breaches of company security by staff, vendors or contractors against DHL, without fear or favor and with the utmost confidentiality.
5. To assist the Security Manager proactively and regularly review and highlight all aspects of DHL's operations which may pose a threat to company assets
6. Implementing and coordinating all activities related to BPO instruction and processes including:
a. Review, maintenance and control all SOP issued by Security Department b. Review, maintenance and control all SOP issued by other department
c. Conduct TAPA audit and to ensure compliance of TAPA security requirements To ensure all quality documents being properly filled up, file, maintenance and dispose in accordance to the established ISO procedures Qualifications, Skills, Competencies and Experience
Qualifications - A diploma or a degree in any field. Preferably someone with a background in Freight Forwarding operations or an investigative and prosecution background who has served - With the Police Those without security experience but able to administer and controlling security team are encouraged to apply Skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft applications
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English Travel will be required (25%)
