新形势下企业经济管理的创新策略探析

【摘; 要】在科技推动下，世界正在发生日新月异的变化，使得企业所面临的形势也在不断更新。无论是所面临的市场需求，还是市场竞争方式，包括企业自身，都与以前产生了很大的不同。基于此，企业经济管理如果沿用以前的模式，必然会在新形势下的竞争中逐渐被淘汰。所以，探索企业经济管理创新策略，对于广大企业的发展来说，具有至关重要的价值。论文就此展开探討和分析，希望能够抛砖引玉，引发更广泛的讨论和更深入的思考，以为我国企业未来发展指明道路。

【Abstract】Under the promotion of science and technology， the world is changing with each passing day， make the situation that the enterprise faces also is updating ceaselessly. Whether it is the market demand that faces， still market competition way， include the enterprise itself， produced very different from before. Based on this， if the enterprise economic management follows the previous mode， it will be gradually eliminated in the competition under the new situation. Therefore， it is of vital value for the development of enterprises to explore the innovative strategy of enterprise economic management. This paper discusses and analyzes this issue， it is hoped that it will lead to more extensive discussions and deeper thinking， and point out the way for the future development of China's enterprises.

21世纪是知识经济的时代，在知识的推动下，世界的变化让人目不暇接。今天，全球一体化已经十分深入，信息技术影响日渐深远，企业的管理模式和管理方法也发生了颠覆性的改变。科技改变了人们的生活方式，企业所面临的市场需求也在不断变化[1]。面对当前的新形势，企业如果想要在市场竞争中立于不败之地，就必须要紧扣时代特征，了解市场变化，探索经济管理创新策略。
