ocp证书的解决办法
正常情况考完试后的两个月内会收到SQL、OCA，第三个月内收到OCP证书但可能情况造成OCP证书一直不到，原因如下： 1、 考完试后hands on不及时
2、 OCP三门考试分开考，oracle较难查询你的信息 3、 由于oracle考试平台使用的是VUE，尤其系统的问题，当你考完后在VUE进行hans on
递交而oracle没有接收到（这种情况比较少）
4、 其他：那个月美国有较重要的节假日；当月考试量较大个别证书没有及时邮寄；oracle
进行数据迁移造成信息遗漏等
不管以上哪种情况，只要按照流程操作OCP证书肯定到。由于管理证书发放都是外国人，所以需要用英文处理，老师已经帮大家把方法总结成文档，请认真阅读。步骤如下：
第一步骤 在VUE平台上查询状态：（下面是hands on后正确状态）
进入方法： http://www.pearsonvue.com/oracle/中第五项入账号和密码(400 880 5123)后再点击
里输
可查到。
? 如果你的状态是正确的那么直接跳到第二步骤。
? 如果状态一直没有“approved”需要把原来的提交记录delete，然后进行二次递交
（也就是重新做hands on）。操作方法如下：
点击“edit and resubmit”
查看每一项发现没有问题后（参考群共享里面的hands on流程）一直submit。 提示：
其中第四步填写资料要确定
Training Facility Name上面填写的是否是：Uplooking(Beijing) Technology CO., Ltd
正确填写后点击右上角submit到最后一步。最后点击左上角的复选框后submit提交。如下：
正常情况，approved是在考完试的第二个月VUE后台就有显示，如果一直都是”Need your attention”状态就需要你进行重新递交hands on。
第二步骤
1：登陆该网站

Name: Xiaolong Li （此人名字是李小龙，英文书写方式和当初VUE注册时一样） Have you ever taken an oracle exam? 选择：yes
Testing ID :OCXXXXXX (ID号可以通过http://www.pearsonvue.com/oracle/网站的第五或者六项查询到，输入账号和密码就能看到)
Email address：xiaolong@yahoo.com.cn （此邮箱可以不是之前注册时用的，但必须是yahoo或者hotmail）
Country: china
OCP Exam Issue Type: certification Details (选择这项，仔细查找，不要咨询老师找不到) Is this a new issue? : Yes
If No, please provide the SR Number previously assigned to your issue:（这项空着不填） Question / Problem Description这项填写内容为：
I am an ocp candidate and have taken part in the exam in 2010/09/19. Fortunately, I succeed to pass the exam.But I am so confused that I haven't received my certification until now. I fight back a chilling fear that my certification might have lost during the post process. I hope you can help me check my OCP certification's post status. And I would appreciate it if you can post my OCP certification again.

下面是一个操作截图，供学生参考：
3：信息填写完成后，Submit提交，会得到如下截图即为提交成功，然后退出即可:（service request number:20468273的意思是你的处理编号是20468273，发完这个请求后每一个都会有一个编号，这个可以记住，如果oracle没有和你联系，可以给他们提供这个编号）
4：信息递交后，两到三天会收到邮件内容如下：
