消防给水系统施工安装、调试及检测应注意的问题

摘; 要:在消防给水系统中,消防水泵属于重要的消防设备,在施工工程中应严格按照设计施工图认真进行施工安装及调试,使系统工作压力、超压泄压压力及各减压力阀组压力和消防水池有效容积的利用等均能达到设计要求。否则,对工程检测、竣工验收中不仅会造成无法通过,而且在实施整改过程中,还会出现施工难度高、改造工程量大以及严重影响工程竣工日期等一系列问题。为减少或避免此类问题发生,文章特对消防给水系统应注重的几点结合国家现行标准规范进行说明。

In the construction project, the construction installation and debugging should be carried out strictly according to the design and construction drawings, so that the working pressure of the system, the overpressure relief pressure, the pressure of each pressure reducing valve group and the utilization of the effective volume of the fire pool can meet the design requirements. Otherwise, the inspection and acceptance of the project will not only cause failure, but also lead to a series of problems in the process of rectification and reform, such as high difficulty in construction, large amount of reconstruction and seriously affecting the completion date of the project. In order to reduce or avoid such problems, this paper explains several points that should be paid attention to in the fire water supply system in combination with the current national standards and specifications. 1 消防水泵的安装
根据现行国家标准《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》GB50974-2014(以下简称《消规》)第5.5.2.1条规定:消防水泵机组应符合下列规定:1、相邻两个机组及机组至墙壁间的净距,当电机容量小于22kW时,不宜小于0.6M;當电机容量不小于22kW,且不大于55kW时,不宜小于0.8M;当电机容量不小于55kW,且不大于255kW时,不宜小于1.2M;当电机容量大于255kW时,不宜小于1.5M;第5.5.1.3条规定:消防水泵房的主通道宽度不应小于
