For our fourteen to sixteen teenagers, maybe most of us have a dream . One may wants to be a teather .Another wants to be an artist . Some may want to be a singer, a dancer , a policeman , an actor and so on . Do you want to know what I want to be ? Now let me tell you : I want to be the richest person in the world .
Why do I want to be the richest person ? You may guess I want to buy myself many new clothes ,new toys ,or new books .All of these are not what I want . I have this dream because of a story . In Unit 3 , I learn a story . The main meaning is like below :
For many students , it is easy to get to school . But for the students in one small village in China , it is difficult . There is a very big river between their school and the village .There is no bridge and the river runs too quickly for boats .So these students go on a ropeway to cross the river to school .Many of the students and villagers never leave the village .
The villagers have a dream .They want to have a bridge ,so they can go out and into their village , not going across the ropeway , but going across the bridge . When I read this exciting
story , I have a dream in my brain at once . Why can’t I be the richest person in the world ? If I can be , I can have lots of money .I can build a bridge for them . Look at the picture in the book . The two boys are on the ropeway .How dangerous they are ! Don’t you worry about them ? When I learn this story , I make up my mind to help them .So I want to have much money . I want to be the richest person in the world . I want to build a bridge for them .I want to help the two boys and other villagers . I wish my dream can come true .
If my dream comes true , I also want to help many other people who are in trouble .In April this year ,there was an earthquake in a place named Lushan in Sichuan .Many people lost their houses , and many children lost their parents .When I saw these , I felt very sad . I wanted to help them .I wanted to build houses for them .I wanted to buy all the things that they need . So I must have much much money so that my dream can come true .
To make my dream come true , I should study hard and to get near to my dream . I will go to the university to learn all kinds of knowledge . Then I will have a good career and can create great wealth . On that day I will have much money . I will be the richest person in the world . I can help everyone who are
in trouble .I will be very happy because I can help the people who are in trouble .
