There is no doubt that the teenagers need to take plenty of physical exercise to keep fit. Therefore, it is a fact that many students don’t have enough time work out after school. Instead, they are required to spend most of their time in their lessons. Actually if students are too tiring, they have difficulty concentrating on their lessons. How can they master that the teachers teach in class? Worse still, they were likely to be in poor health in the long run.
In my opinion, it is important for teenagers to take enough exercise so that you can learn more efficiently. So teachers and parents should care less about the students, physical and mental healthy and growth.
