第一章 Chapter one
总 则
General rules
第一条 目的
为建立良好的公司秩序,增强员工遵守纪律的自觉性,提高工作效率,严肃各项规章制度,有效发挥员工工作积极性,依照《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》、《中华人民共和国工会法》等有关法律法规、政策条例特制定本规则。
Article one Purpose To establish a good company order, increase consciousness of staff to obey discipline, improve work efficiency, tighten all rules and regulations and effectively give play to working enthusiasm of the workers, hereby formulate this rule according to relevant laws, regulations and polices according to Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China, Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China, etc.
第二条 适用范围
本规则适用于与公司建立劳动关系的员工及劳务派遣至我公司从事劳动的劳务派遣员工。
Article Two
Scope of application
This rule applies to the workers who establish labor relation with the company as well as those dispatched labors of our company
第三条 周知义务
1. 公司将本规则发放给每位员工,对规则内容进行说明讲解;
2. 经公司说明讲解后,员工必须在《学习确认书》上签字,作为员工已经了解本就业规则的证明。
Article three Inform obligations The company distributes this rule to every worker and explains the content of this rule to them.
After the company explains, the workers must sign a “Learning Confirmation” which is the demonstration that the workers have understood this employment rule.

第四条 员工行为准则
1. 员工应认真学习《**员工就业规则》,并在日常工作中遵照执行; 2. 遵纪守法,严禁有损害社会公德、损害他人名誉之行为; 3. 严格贯彻执行公司的经营方针,遵守公司各项规章制度; 4. 尊重、友善、平等对待他人;
5. 爱护公司财物,厉行节约,合理使用公司物品; 6. 不得将公司物品占为己有或私自带出公司;
7. 时刻维护、创造和确保干净整洁、舒适和谐的工作环境; 8. 不得向外部泄漏因职位所得知的公司机密; 9. 不得在公司内喧哗吵闹或嬉戏、妨碍他人工作; 10. 不得在公司内偷盗、赌博、打架斗殴、侮辱他人; 11. 不得在公司内聚众要胁、酗酒滋事妨碍生产秩序;
12. 未经公司许可不得在公司内贩卖物品、张贴书面传单、通告、请愿书或标语等。
Article Four
Code of conduct for employees 1. The employees shall earnestly learn the employment rules, and implement in daily work according
to it;
2. observe law and discipline; it is strictly prohibited to damage social morals and others’ reputation;
Observe the disciplines and obey the laws, do not harm the social ethics and other person’s reputation;
3. strictly implement business policy of the company and abide by all rules and regulations of the
company;
4. respect and friendly and equally treat others;
5. take good care of company property, be economical and reasonably use company articles; 6. do not take the company articles as your own or take the articles out of company without
permission;
7. maintain, create and ensure clean and tidy, comfortable and harmonious working environment at all
times;
8. it is not allowed to divulge the company confidentiality got from the position to others;
9. it is not allowed to make noises or speak loudly or play and disturb work of others in the company; 10. it is not allowed to steal, gamble, fight and insult others in the company;
11. it is not allowed to gather a crowd to threaten others ,excessive drinking and cause trouble and
obstruct working order in the company;
12. it is not allowed to sell goods, put up leaflets, announcement, petition or poster, etc in the company
without permission

1. 衣着整洁、得体、大方,保持服饰干净;
2. 头发保持适当长度,工作期间男士头发不得超过肩膀; 3. 工作时间内必须符合公司的《工作着装规定》,不得穿拖鞋上班: 4. 严禁在工作场所穿戴影响安全生产的鞋帽、饰品。
Article Five
Dress and appearance 1. Dress is neat and decent; keep clothes clean;
2. Hair keeps certain length; the hair of men can’t exceed shoulder during work;
3. Dressing must be up to the regulations of company during working time and it is not allowed wear slippers to work;
4. It is forbidden to wear shoes, hats and decorations which influence production safety in working place.
第六条 劳动纪律
1. 不得迟到、早退、无故缺勤、擅自离开工作岗位或工作场所,不得有消极怠工、玩忽职守等行为; 2. 严格按照工作程序或标准作业程序,听从主管的合理指挥监督;
3. 未经所属领导(指主管及以上职务,下同)许可不得私自外出或会客;会客必须在指定区域内; 4. 工作时间不得闲聊、瞌睡、睡觉、吃零食、玩游戏;不得处理私事或做与工作无关的事情; 5. 发现质量问题或出现工作失误应及时向上级领导报告,不得捏造或夸大事实; 6. 不得以公司名义或职务之便牟取私利;
7. 不得滥用职权、不越权行动;遇紧急情况,妥善处理后迅速向所属领导报告;
8. 不得对违纪现象明知不报或姑息迁就、纵容包庇、作伪证,不得有欺骗、隐瞒、威胁、辱骂、打击报复检查人员等妨碍检查工作的行为;
9. 工作结束后,应尽快离开工作场所,不得无故逗留。
Article Six Labor discipline
1. Can’t be late or leave early, absent for no reason, leave working post or working place without permission; can’t slowdown in work or neglect of one’s duty, etc;
2. In strict accordance with working procedure or standard operation procedure, obey the reasonable command and supervision of supervisor;
3. It is not allowed to go out or receive visitors without the subordinating leader’s permission (refers to group leaders or person that of higher position); receive the visitors in designated area.
4. It is not allowed to chat, doze off, sleep, eat snacks and play games during working time; can’t deal with private affairs or things that have nothing to do with the job;
5. When discovering quality problem or have work fault, timely report to superior leader immediately; it is not allowed to make up or exaggerate the facts;
6. It is not allowed to seek private interests in the name of company or by taking advantages of one’s own post;
7. It is not allowed to misuse authority and act beyond one’s authority; when meeting emergencies, promptly report to subordinating leader after having dealt with the event properly;
8. Do not pacify, indulge and cover up, perjure, deceive or conceal about the illegal and undisciplined events, and can’t have the behaviors interfering inspection such as deceive, conceal, threaten, abuse, retaliate inspectors, etc.
9. Leave working place as soon as possible after the work is over; it is not allowed to stay for no reason.
