Prepare proper quantity of plastic membrane or gunny before pouring, in order to damage to the newly-poured concrete by rain or burning sun. 4. 砼的养护Curing to the Concrete

1) 为确保已浇好的砼在规定龄期内达到设计要求的强度,并防止产生收缩裂

缝,必须认真做好养护工作；楼板在浇注完毕后的12h以内对砼加以覆盖和浇水。

Take necessary measures to ensure the designed strength of concrete be reached during the specified period, and no shrinking crack be formed. Cover the concrete and sprinkle the water within 12h after pouring of the floor.

2) 设专人进行养护工作，砼的浇水养护时间,不得少于7d。

Special workers shall be assigned for curing which shall be no less than 7d.

四、文明施工及安全措施 Safety Precaution

1. 浇捣砼期间派2名HSE安全人员旁站监控。对施工中产生的安全隐患及时

整改，有力监督现场的安全情况。

Two HSE officials shall be assigned for supervision during pouring and vibrating. Point out the hidden trouble in time, and control the situation. 2. 检查楼面洞口及周边是否搭齐防护栏, 全部高空作业的人员必须戴好安全带

Check and ensure the fence has been fixed to the holes of the floor; people working in air have been well armed with safety belt and PPE; workers for vibrating armed with boots and operator of the concrete vehicle wearing PPE.

3. 在泵车刚出料时和转移的过程中,防止喷浆伤眼及坠石伤人。

Prevent the eruptible concrete from injuring the eyes or falling stone from damaging persons, during starting spurt out concrete or during shifting. 4. 施工用电缆必须先检查后再使用，防止漏电，触电。

Check the construction cable first to avoid creepage and getting an electric shock.
