液压泵作为液压系统的动力元件是整个液压系统的心脏，它的性能直接影响着液压系统的性能。出厂前对其进行性能测试，不仅可以辨别产品优劣，对改进产品结构设计、提高工艺水平、促进产品升级都具有很重要的意义。 本次设计主要设计了针对CBN-F300双联齿轮泵进行容积效率测试的实验台，就是在给定的外界条件下，测出其实际排量，并与理论排量相比较，所得比值即为该齿轮泵的容积效率。 根据毕业设计任务书，本次设计主要完成了容积效率测试液压系统的设计，实验台和油箱的设计，管路的布局，液压辅件的选型，以及齿轮泵夹具的设计。 关键词 CBN-F300齿轮泵，容积效率，实验台，液压系统，夹具 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要
Title Test Bench for The Volume Efficiency of CBN-F300 Gear Pump _——The Mechanical Structure and Hydraulic System Design
Abstract As the dunamic components of the hydraulic system,hydraulic pump is the heart of the system,its performance directlu affects the performance of the hydraulic system.The performance test before the delivery not only can identify the product quality,but also improve the product structure design,improve the level of technology and upgrade the products. The projection designed a volume efficiency test bench for CBN-F300 duplex gear pump .In the condition of the given outside world ,we measure the actual displacement and compare it with the theory displacement.Then,the income ratio is the columtic efficiency of the gear pump. According to the description of the graduated-design plan,this projection mainly completed the design of hydraulic system for testing the volumetic efficiency,the test bench and tank,piping layout,selectionof auxiliary hydraulic parts,and the gear pump fixture design.
