基于某小麦收获机割台地玉米割台设计

摘要

农作物收获是农业生产中的重要环节，实现收获机械化对保证农业丰产丰收，改善劳动条件，提高生产效率等有着与其重要的作用。近年来，谷物收获机械已获得重大突破，但是为了减少资源浪费，节省人力，财力，所以要对现有收获机械进展部件改造，使其能实现一机多用。

于是本文将通过对东方红小麦联合收割机割台部件的改良设计使其能收获玉米，实现一机多用。由于小麦和玉米的生长情况不同，即玉米的高度、杆的粗细与小麦的均不一样，所以要对小麦收获机割台部件进展改良以保证其能收获玉米。主要是对小麦收获机割台的拨禾轮、切割器和割台挡板等进展改良，以适应在普通的小麦联合收割机收获小麦后，通过更换小麦割台的部件来完成对玉米的收获。这样可以节省资源，降低了农民的经济负担，也实现了收获机械的功能扩展。

Abstract

Because of the growth of wheat and maize, the situation is different, i.e. corn, rod degree of highly all not identical with wheat, so to wheat harvest machine cut machine parts to ensure its can improve harvest of corn. Is mainly to the wheat harvest machine Taiwan dial cut bluegrass wheel, cutter, and cutting machine and the baffle was improved, in order to adapt to the wheat bined harvesters in mon wheat harvest, after the cutthrough replacement of wheat ponent to plete to Taiwan corn harvest. This saves resources, but also reduce the economic burden of farmers, realizing the function expansion to reap the machinery.
