本课所讲授的是外研出版社新标准英语第四册《Module10Unit1》，这一课的主要语言功能是能用运用Where is the supermarket? It is next to the ….It is in front of the ….礼貌地问路和指路 二、学生情况

二年级学生已经有了一年的英语学习经历，学生活泼好动、乐于参与、善于模仿，表现欲强，喜欢新鲜事物，对新语言的好奇往往激发他们学习英语的兴趣，这一年龄段学生的求知欲望和表现欲望都特别强，所以老师的激励与表扬对他们很重要。

【教学目标】

（一）知识与能力

1．能听、说、读和运用单词：cousin、supermarket、well。

2．能灵活运用句型：Where is the supermarket? It is next to the ….It is in front of the ….进行交流对话。 （二）情感与态度

挖掘课堂中的“兴奋点”培养学生运用英语表达自己的情感，积极参加课堂交流活动，激发学生学习英语的兴趣。 【教学重点】

运用Where is the supermarket? It is next to the ….It is in front of the ….礼貌地问路和指路。 【教学难点】

1. 理解并准确区分next to 和in front of的意思与用法。 2．对本课所学的句型进行拓展运用。 【教学意图】

1．增加已学知识的复现率，培养学生对重点词汇和句子的认读能力。 2．通过小组学习，培养学生与他人合作的意识。 3．通过多种形式的活动激发学生的学习兴趣。 【教具准备】

1．教材相配套的cd-ROM

2．文具，教师自制的小星星或其他的小奖品。 3. 教师自制的地图。

【教学过程】(全班分成四大组，单词已学过)

Step 1.Warming-up

1.教师和学生互相打招呼，问好：（并问家的住址）

T:Hello, boys and girls.Nice to meet you . Ss:Nice to meet you,too.Ms Chen. T:What day is it today? Ss:It`s ……

T:What〃s the weather like today? Ss:It`s ……

T:Excuse me.Can yu tell me ,Where do you live?

3.Review the words.(a.利用手中的卡片，练习单词。把单词卡片贴到黑板上，练说next to in front of,

然后学生根据老师的口令持单词卡站到相应位置。B.并且引导学生用nextto 和in front of来造句。并板书。C.用火眼金睛练习单词，检查学生对单词掌握情况) Step 2 Presentation

教师和学生一起热身之后，告诉学生：Sam meets Daming and his consin Lin（出示图片） on the street. What does Daming say?让我们一起来学习一下课文吧！”

1.Ok,Let`s listen to the tape. How do the Grandma and the uncle ask the way?(带问题听录音)出示图片并加上汉语意思。生回答问题，并领读。比赛形式读，并随时评价。

2、学生听第二遍录音，Cousin Lin 是怎么回答的？让生读问题，（带问题听）。（出示图片）生回答问题，齐读，分组问答练习，随时评价。然后分男女读，
