广东省本科应届毕业生职业生涯规划的调查

内 容 摘 要

据2020届高校毕业生就业创业工作会议，2020届高校毕业生有874万人，比往年毕业生人数增加了40万人。再加上近年来考研、公务员考试失利等失业或待就业人数，应届毕业生的就业前景可以说是一年比一年严峻。因而，职业生涯规划在就业过程当中的作用愈来愈显著。如何帮助大学生明确个人就业方向，形成个人职业生涯规划，造就更好地自我，是各位大学生、各所高校以及社会都需要重视的问题。本研究基于本科应届毕业生对职业生涯规划的理解、职业意向、规划内容的情况进行相应的问卷调查及研究，最后针对调查结果中反映的主要问题，提出改善大学生职业生涯的改进措施和建议。

A Survey Report of Career Planning for Undergraduate

graduates in Guangdong province

Abstract

According to the 2020 College Graduate Employment and Entrepreneurship Work Conference, there are 8.74 million college graduates in 2020, an increase of 400,000 from the previous year. Coupled with the number of unemployed or unemployed in recent years, such as postgraduate entrance examinations and civil service exam failures, the employment prospects of recent graduates can be said to be more severe year after year. Therefore, the role of career planning in the employment process is becoming more and more significant. How to help college students clarify their personal employment direction, form a personal career plan, and create a better self is a problem that all college students, universities, and society need to pay attention to. This research is based on the fresh graduates' understanding of career planning, career intentions, and planning content, this study conducted a corresponding questionnaire survey and research, and finally put forward measures and suggestions for improving the career of college students based on the main problems reflected in the survey results.
