口服益生菌联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的效果分析

【摘要】 目的：分析口服益生菌联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的效果与价值。方法：选择40例人工喂养湿疹患儿，将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组（n=20）和对照组（n=20）。观察组患儿口服双歧三联活菌胶囊，如果出现渗液的情况使用0.1%盐酸小柴胡碱溶液进行湿敷，无渗液时使用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏，如果有感染出现使用莫匹罗星软膏进行外涂，对于严重患儿使用氯雷他定糖浆口服。对照组患儿不使用双歧三联活菌胶囊，其他与对照组患儿相同。结果：观察组患儿的湿疹发病程度随着治疗的进行逐渐减轻，对照组患儿的发病程度虽然也有所减轻，但是明显程度低于观察组患儿（P 【关键词】 益生菌； 丁酸氢化可的松乳膏； 婴儿湿疹

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect and value of oral Probiotics and Butyric Acid Hydrocortisone Cream in the treatment of infantile eczema.Method：40 cases of artificial feeding infantile eczema were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Bifid Triple Viable Capsules，if wet compress appeared to use 0.1% night situation of hydrochloric acid of 0.1% Xiaochaihu Alkali
