Sports can keep us fit and fresh
Most of people like to do one kind or another. But not all people know how to do them correctly and sometimes the advice we get may not benefit us.
I'm so lucky, for since my first day at school I have always had a good teacher of physical education who often instructs me how to do sports. So I have been very strong and energetic.
I go swimming almost every day all the year round, and of course I like many other sports as well. I am thinking of taking part in a few items at the school sports meeting this autumn.
I hope everyone has their favourite sport and that everyone spend more time taking exercise.
The more you do sports, the healthier you will get£¡
