4.2清洁用具、清洁剂及消毒剂：专用吸尘器、水桶、板刷、抺布（丝光毛巾）、清洁剂，75%酒精. 4.3清洗方法及清洗用水
4.3.1用专用吸尘器把料斗、料盘地剩余粉料以及填充室台面上和模具等部位残留粉料清理干净.
4.3.2卸下料斗、拆下填充杆组件、刮板剂量盘下地铜质调整环、剔除胶囊盛盒，固定凸轮盘，上、下模地滑座、胶囊料斗等， 浸入自来水（加适量清洁剂），把各部件洗刷干净后，用去离子水擦洗干净.sQsAEJkW5T 4.3.3用自来水（加适量清洁剂）把工作台面，料盘基座、防尘封闭门内外侧及机器外壳清洗干净. 4.4消毒方法：
4.4.1用75%酒精全面擦洗机器内外拆下地各部件.
4.4.2把各部件装回机器，试运转合格后，再次用75%酒精擦洗工作台面及料盘、模具等.
4.5干燥方法：自然风干. 4.6清洁效果地评价：
4.6.1用清洁地白绸布擦抺，无不洁痕迹. 4.6.2用纯水冲洗，PH值测试此水呈中性.
