探讨普胸外科术后胸内活动性出血的原因及外科治疗经验

【摘要】目的：对在进行普胸外科手术后，胸内出现了活动性出血的原因进行分析，并对相应的外科治疗经验进行探讨。方法选取本院在2012年7月至2013年1月间收治的100例病例，对其术后出现胸内活动性出血的原因进行分析，从而制定相应的外科治疗方案。结果术后发生胸内活动性出血的原因为：①并发肿瘤粘连；②胸腔感染性疾病；③肺血管结扎不牢。经过治疗后，痊愈率为93%。结论对患者胸内出现活动性出血的原因进行了分析，及时制定相应的治疗方案，降低病死率。%Objective After General thoracic surgery,chest symptoms, understanding the causes of the emergence of active bleeding, and to explore appropriate surgical experience. Methods Select the Institute in~2013 years July 2012 and treating 100 cases,and of active bleeding in the chest after an inquiry into reasons,in order to develop appropriate surgical treatment options. Results Understand activity of postoperative intrathoracic bleeding:①tumor adhesion;②chest

infections;③pulmonary

ligation
