石油工程“卓越工程师计划”实施方案探索

摘要：石油工程“卓越工程师教育培养计划”是适应当前教育模式下的一种全新的教育教学模式，是创新高等教育人才培养机制的重要举措。本文简要分析了石油工程“卓越工程师计划”的研究现状以及原有教育模式的弊端。在此基础上，探索该计划在教育模式、教育理念、考核方式、以及在毕业论文环节做出的重要改革，并出台相应的保障措施，以期培养出一大批能够适应当代经济社会发展需要的高质量各类型的高级工程技术人才。 关键词：石油工程；卓越工程师；改革方案；保障措施

Abstract： Excellent Engineer Education Training Program of Petroleum Engineering is a new kind of educational style which is suitable for the current education model and it is an important measure of higher education innovative talent training mechanism. This paper analyzes the research status of Excellent Engineer Education Training Program as well as the drawbacks of the existing petroleum engineering education model. On this basis， we explore the important reforms on educational model， educational concepts， evaluation methods and the part of the thesis and introduce appropriate safeguards. So that we can gain a large number of various types of advanced high-quality engineering and technical personnel that are suitable for the needs of economic and social development.

key words： petroleum engineering； excellent engineer； Reform programs； safeguards 进入21世纪以来，随着油气田开发难度不断增大以及国际合作领域的不断扩大，现有的石油工程的人才培养模式已经不能适应当前形势下对石油人才的要求。针对现有高等教育中存在的学生重理论和实践能力缺失等问题，教育部出台了《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》和《国家中长期人才发展计划纲要（2010-2020）年》等相关政策，并在2010年6月正式启动“卓越工程师教育培养计划”，旨在培养出一大批创新实践能力强、能够适应经济社会发展需要各类型高质量的工程技术人才。
