出口收汇核销业务流程

Export exchange business process verification

第一步：出口单位到商务部或其委托的机构办理备案登记，取得对外贸易经营权；

第二步：出口单位到海关办理“中国电子口岸”入网手续，并到有关部门办理“中国电子口岸”企业法人IC卡和“中国电子口岸”企业操作员IC卡电子认证手续；

第三步：出口单位持有关材料到注册所在地外汇局办理核销备案登记，外汇局审核无误后，为出口单位办理登记手续，建立出口单位电子档案信息；

第八步：出口单位报关出口后通过“中国电子口岸出口收汇系统”将已用于出口报关的核销单向外汇局交单；

第九步：出口单位在银行办理出口收汇后，到外汇局办理出口收汇核销手续。
