XXXXXXXX 我国中小企业融资困境分析

摘 要

随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入，中小企业代表的非国有经济在整个国民经济中占据越来越重要的地位。与此同时，中小企业融资问题引起越来越多的关注，原因主要有两个：一方面，中小企业的发展已经成为支撑我国经济持续增长的强大动力和社会稳定的重要基础；另一方面，中小企业的进一步发展正陷入越来越严重的困境，特别是融资难的问题已经成为束缚中小企业发展的最大障碍。因此，分析中小企业面临的困境及其成因，探讨缓解融资困境的有效途径，是现时金融业迫切需要解决的问题，且具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。

本文通过中小企业融资的现状分析中小企业融资难的原因，从提高中小企业自身融资能力和为中小企业营造良好的外部融资环境两方面入手，通过优化融资结构、拓展融资渠道、尤其是提高中小企业自身素质和完善金融体系，来缓解中小企业融资难的现状。

Abstract

Along with our country economic system reform, small and medium enterprises on behalf of the non state owned economy in the entire national economy occupies an increasingly important position. At the same time, the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises attracted more and more attention, there are two main reasons: on the one hand, the development of small and medium enterprises has become a sustained growth of our economy powerful motive force and social stability of the important foundation; on the other hand, the further development of small and medium enterprises is a growing dilemma, especially financing the issue has become the biggest obstacle to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises bound. Therefore, analysis the difficulties faced by small and medium enterprises and its cause of formation, explore the effective way to alleviate the financing difficulties, financial industry is the urgent need to address the problem, and it has very important theoretical and practical significance.

In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation of financing of small and medium enterprises SME financing, from improve oneself of medium and small businesses financing ability and for small and medium enterprises to create a good external financing environment two respects proceed with, through optimizing financing structure, expand financing channels, especially small and medium enterprises to improve their quality and perfect financial system, to alleviate the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises current situation.
