利用现金流量图计算货币时间价值

摘要：货币的时间价值，往往是人们投资与理财筹谋的重要因素和决策依据。然而传统的计算公式却比较繁杂、不便，稍不注意，即可引发错误，从面导致出错误判断，留下遗憾或悔恨。为了克服计算方法上的缺点，文章利用“图数结合”，即利用现金流量图来计算货币的时间价值，比较明晰、方便，现将此法介绍给大家，以供参考。

Abstract: Currency time value is the key factor and policy-making basis of plan for investments and financial transactions. However, the traditional calculation formula is very complicated and inconvenient. One would easily make mistake without more attention, which could cause the wrong judgment with regret forever. In order to overcome shortcoming in calculating method, I use the way of \currency time value, more clearly and conveniently. I would like to introduce it to everyone, for reference only.

在现代财务管理中有两大价值观念必须考虑，即风险价值和货币时间价值，而货币时间价值是长期投资项目动态评价的重要因素之一，准确的货币时间价值计算是项目评价正确与否的关键。笔者在长期的教学实践活动中，发现许多人对于年金现值及年金终值的计算缺乏简明快捷的方法，导致项目评价的偏差或错误。为此，将“图数结合法”计算货币时间价值提供给大家，以供参考。 1现金流量图的绘制

1.1 什么是现金流量现金流量是指投资项目在其计算期内因资本循环而可能或应该发生的各项现金流入量与现金流出量的统称。它是计算项目投资决算评价指标的主要根据和关键的价值信息之一。
