【摘要】Brachytherapy plays a key role in the radical radiotherapy of cervical cancer.The time concept was introduced in the 3D brachytherapy according to ICRU report No.89 for cervical cancer treatment.4D brachtherapy,as an adaptive brachytherapy,was formally proposed in this report.In this article,relevant data were searched based on ICRU report No.89 combined with the experience in our center to analyze,summarize and conclude the chapters related to target contouring,aiming to provide evidence for the colleagues who perform the brachytherapy in patients with cervical cancer.%宫颈癌根治性放疗中,近距离放疗发挥了非常重要的作用.宫颈癌近距离放疗ICRU89号报告,在三维近距离治疗基础上引入时间的概念,正式提出自适应(4D)近距离放疗.本文在ICRU89号报告的基础上查阅相关资料,结合本中心经验,针对文中靶区勾画相关章节进行分析、归纳、总结,希望能帮助同行理解和掌握. 【总页数】8页(250-257)
