灯罩注塑模具设计

灯罩注塑模设计

摘 要

通过灯罩注塑模设计,了解注塑模具架构的过程和原理,根据灯罩的结构对制件进行了工艺分析,提出合理的注射成型条件和成型工艺;对塑件的表面精度和表面质量进行了讨论;通过对灯罩注塑模的设计,对模架进行了确定,并设计了导向和定位机构;阐述模具浇注系统和脱模机构的设计方法;详细介绍了凹、凸模,型腔、型芯的结构设计;同时也对排气设计进行了讨论,并且对温度调节系统进行了检验和计算,还介绍了模具的功能结构等等;所设计的模具结构使制件可以可靠稳定的顶出,降低模具的复杂程度和制造成本。 【关键词】 注塑模,顶出机构,结构设计,温度调节,脱模机构

Abstract

According to the the parts of The chimney for Process analysis, Proposed the reasonable of injection molding conditions and forming process, The surface of plastic parts the precision and surface quality were discussed ,Through the design of injection mould for chimney, make the determination of formwork, And the orientation and locating mechanism design,This mould casting system and demoulding mechanism design method, Detailed introduces the concave and convex mold cavity, cores, the structure design,Also on the exhaust design was discussed, And the working process of the die. Design of the mould structure parts make out reliable and stable. Reduce the complexity of the mould and the manufacturing cost
