和谐的法律价值问题探析

【摘要】In the Fourth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party,the new idea of constructing a harmonious society of Socialism was presented,which turns harmony into a new choice of value in the constructing of Socialism and a new subject in the value of law.It is true that harmony is a part of value of the law,but the paradoxes between harmony and other values can＇t be denied.What we should do is to do our endeavor to solve these paradoxes in order to reach a balance,then to form a harmonious framework of the law.%党的十六届四中全会提出构建社会主义和谐社会的新理念,使和谐成为社会主义社会建设一个新的价值选择,也使和谐成为法律价值的新内容。和谐成为法律价值的一部分是不争的事实,然而在和谐与其他法律价值之间仍存在很多矛盾,要从根本上解决现代社会的法制建设中存在的问题,应更合理地分配权利,建立公平正义的社会新秩序。 【总页数】2页(82-83)
