基于PLC的皮带运输监控系统设计

摘 要

本系统是要求对皮带运输机进行监控设计,那么我就以输送煤为例子。 输煤皮带控制系统的设计是一个很传统的课题,现在随着各种先进精确的诸多控制仪器的出现,输煤皮带控制的设计方案也越来越先进,越来越趋于完美,各种参考文献也数不胜数。该系统用三菱FX2N系列可编程序控制器(PLC)作为控制核心,整个系统采用了一台PLC控制4台皮带机,整个控制系统设一个控制室。利用PLC控制皮带输煤机,实现了逆序启动、顺序停止、故障停止、紧急停止的功能,并且有手动控制和自动控制两种控制方式,从而实现了输煤系统的自动化功能。

PLC由于采用现代大规模集成电路技术,采用严格的生产工艺制造,内部电路采取了先进的抗干扰技术,具有很高的可靠性。此外,PLC带有硬件故障自我检测功能,出现故障时可及时发出警报信息。在应用软件中,应用者还可以编入外围器件的故障自诊断程序。

Abstract

This system is the requirements of monitoring design of belt conveyor, then I have to transport coal as examples.

Design of belt conveyor control system is a very traditional subject, now with many control instruments of various advanced precise appearance, design of belt conveyor control is also more and more advanced, more and more perfect, various references is also beyond count. The system uses Mitsubishi FX2N series programmable controller (PLC) as the control core, the system uses a PLC control 4 belt machine, the whole control system sets up a control room. Use PLC to control the belt conveyer, realizes the reverse start, stop, failure to stop order, emergency stop function, and a manual control and automatic control two control mode, so as to realize the automatic function of the coal handling system.

PLC due to the use of modern large scale integrated circuit technology, used the strict production craft manufacture, the internal circuit has adopted the advanced anti-jamming technology, with high reliability. In addition, self - detection function with PLC hardware failures, failure to issue timely warning information. In the application software, users can also fault self diagnosis program of peripheral devices.
