教育信息化的疑难与国家教育信息化的 理想模式研究

教育国域网。本文也是笔者继《“国域网”与“国家数字化”的理论设想》(《大数据时代》2018年03期)的思路,对教育行业信息 化的建设内容做一个较全面的论述,一方面是进一步说明“国域网”建设对行业信息化的重要性,另一方面是将教育“国域网”的设 想作为实现教育信息化跨越式发展的理想模式研究,并对相关理论观点及影响整个教育信息化建设发展的一些关键问题做出分析。
关键词丨教育信息化;网络;资源;理想模式 文章编号丨 2096-255X(2019)05-0028-12中图分类号丨G434 文献标识码丨A 开放科学(资源服务)标识码(OSID)Abstract I By analyzing the development and existing problems of educational informationization in China, the author thinks that the core difficulties of current educational informationization lie in resource construction and network construction, and also puts forward the fundamental solution to the problems of educational informationization network and resource construction. The powerful and functional mode of educational informationization are the overall design of national informationization, the construction of \ area network\ and the National Area Network for Education. Following the ideas of \ Area Network\ and \ Digitalization\ (the third issue of 2018 in the Big Data Time), author makes a comprehensive exposition of the construction content of informationization in education industry. On the one hand, author further explains the importance of the construction of \ Area Network\ for industry informationization, and on the other hand, author takes the idea of \ Area Network\ in education as the realization of educational information. The ideal model of leapfrog development of education is studied, and the relevant theoretical viewpoints and some key issues affecting the development of education informatization are analyzed.
