济南市某宾馆空调设计
摘 要
本设计为济南市某宾馆空调工程设计,建筑面积为8395.34平方米,总建筑高度20.1米,地下一层为设备用房,地上五层, 1~5层空调区,建筑面积7631.20平方米。
根据各房间的功能、要求的温湿精度、使用时间不同,为了便于系统运行调节,本工程全部采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,风机盘管采用暗装吊顶式,新风直接送入房间。水系统采用闭式双管同程式系统,针对地下车库和内走道设计了防排烟方案,采用机械排风系统。
本次设计包括空调系统的划分,冷负荷的计算,空调设备的选型,风管和水管的布置和水力计算,气流组织计算,空调系统的消声、防震、保温,制冷机房设计,水泵和通风设备的选择等。

Air Conditioning Design Technology Of A Jinan Hotel
Abstract
This design is air-conditioning engineering design for a Jinan hotel, the construction area is 8395.34 square meters, and the total construction height is 16.5 meters,equipment house is for the underground layer,the building has five stairs,from one to five are air-conditioning area,the building area is 7631.20 square meters.
According to each the function for the room, the temperature and humidity requirements of accuracy, the use of different times, in order to facilltate system operation regulation, the project increase the use of independent fresh air fan coil system, ceiling mounted fan coil using dark-style, the new introduction of air directly from outside fresh air units, directly into the room after treatment. Water system using the same programs closed two-pipe system. Combination of underground garage and footpath design scheme,and the smoke,we adopt to use mechanical exhaust system.
The design includes partition of air conditioning system, the calculation of cooling load, the selection of air-conditioning equipments, collocation and hydraulic calculation of air duct and water pipe, the calculation of air distribution, noise reduction,vibration isolation and insulation of air conditioning system ,the design of refrigerating plant room,the selection of water pump and ventilation equipment and so on.
