1总则
1.0.1 为加强北京市行政区域内房屋建筑及市政基础设施工程施工现场安全资料的管理，提高施工现场安全生产、绿色施工管理水平，规范施工现场安全资料管理工作标准化，预防和减少生产安全事故，特制定本规程。
1.0.2 本规程适用于北京市行政区域内新建、扩建、改建和拆除的建筑工程施工现场安全资料管理。
1.0.3 北京市行政区域内建筑工程施工现场安全资料管理除应符合本规程的规定外，尚应符合国家和北京市现行有关标准的规定。

2施工现场安全资料管理
2.1一般规定
2.1.1施工现场安全资料是建筑工程各参建单位在工程建设过程中形成的有关施工安全、绿色施工的各种形式的信息记录。包括施工现场安全生产和绿色施工等资料。
2.1.2 各参建单位施工现场负责人应负责本单位施工现场安全资料的全过程管理工作。施工过程中施工现场安全资料的收集、整理工作应按专业分工,由专人负责。
2.1.3 各参建单位安全资料应跟随施工生产进度形成和积累，纳入工程建设管理的全过程，并对各自资料的真实性、完整性和有效性负责。
2.1.4各参建单位应负责各自安全资料的收集、整理、组卷归档，并保存至工程竣工。
2.1.5建设单位、监理单位、施工单位等应参加超过一定规模的危险性较大的分部分项工程专家论证；施工单位、监理单位应留存专项施工方案、论证报告，对按有关规定需要验收的危险性较大的分部分项工程，施工单位、监理单位尚应留存验收记录。 2.1.6 施工现场安全资料应真实反映工程的实际状况。
2.1.7 施工现场安全资料应使用原件，因特殊原因不能使用原件的，应在复印件上加盖单位公章。
2.1.8 施工现场安全资料的收集、整理应随工程进度同步进行，资料应真实有效。
2.2 建设单位
2.2.1应建立施工现场安全资料管理制度。
2.2.2 应监督、检查各参建单位施工现场安全资料的建立和归档工作。 2
