摘 要

全球经济发展的同时，严重的环境问题也随之出现，国际社会开始关注环境保护问题，于是“低碳经济”应运而生。在低碳经济的发展过程中，为了顺应国际金融领域的发展趋势，中国银行业开始实施一种新的金融手段，这就是绿色信贷。在环境问题已成为全球热点问题的大背景下，研究我国银行业绿色信贷的发展和创新机制，具有特别的理论价值和现实意义。

本文通过理论和实证分析相结合的分析方法、比较分析法和案例分析法等研究方法，分析了国内外绿色信贷发展与创新的现状，通过比较总结了我国绿色信贷发展的欠缺之处，并以中国工商银行为例，系统的阐述了中国工商银行发展绿色信贷的创新实践，分析了其在开展绿色信贷过程中的经验，为我国银行业绿色信贷的进一步发展提出了有效的启示和借鉴。通过各方面的共同努力，来实现绿色信贷在我国的长足发展。

Abstract

With the rapid development of global economy, environmental problems become serious. In recent years, environmental problems have become a focus issue that all countries concerned. All countries hope to relieve the negative influence to the environment by reducing the discharge of carbon dioxide by joint efforts. With the high speed development of economy, our country faces rigorous environmental problem, and many cities of our country appear the hazy weather and the sandstorm weather. So many countries pay attention to environmental protection and climate change issues. The \historic moment. Low carbon economy is a kind of low energy. In order to adapt to the development trend of international finance, China started the new financial instruments. It is the green credit. There is special theoretical value and realistic significance to discuss the green credit.

In this paper, its research methods are case analysis and comparative analysis. It first elaborates the basic theory related to the green credit. The paper analyzes the current situation of green credit development and innovation. It summarized the lack of green credit development in China. Then it takes Industrial and Commercial Bank of China which is domestic green credit’s forerunner for example, and elaborates its development and innovation practice. In the end, it gives our country’s banking some inspirations and references from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Be based on those analysis, I put forward some beneficial strategies in order to promote the development of green credit business in China.
