沃尔玛供应链管理策略研究
中文摘要
在全球网络化、信息化的推动下,企业之间传统的竞争模式发生了巨大的改变,从原来单纯的企业间市场、规模、产品的竞争逐渐转变成企业供应链管理的竞争。而供应链管理正是适应了全球竞争日渐激烈,顾客需求不断变化的发展趋势,成为了企业发展、进步和改革的核心竞争力。
供应链管理是一种集成的管理思想和方法,是企业物流发展的最高级形式,它打破了传统意义的竞争模式,将企业间的竞争推向了另外一个高潮。目前国外对供应链管理的研究已经日渐成熟,借鉴和研究国外先进的供应链管理策略对我国物流行业的发展和进步有着重要的意义。现阶段我国供应链管理策略的应用已经普遍存在,但是我国大多数企业的基础薄弱,受思想、管理和技术的影响,供应链管理还不成熟,还有很多地方需要借鉴和改进的地方。
沃尔玛百货公司是全球最大的零售企业,它的成功和发展正是源于供应链管理的推动。沃尔玛能从一个小型的折扣商店发展成世界的500强企业,靠的就是它先进的供应链管理策略,借用现代信息技术为支撑,将供应链上各个企业供应商、制作商、分销商、客户集合在一起成为一个不可分割的整体,使供应链上各企业分担的采购、生产、销售的职能成为一个协调发展的有机整体,从而增加整个供应链的效率和效益。通过对沃尔玛公司供应链管理策略的研究,我们可以总结出一套系统的、先进的供应链管理策略的框架体系和研究方法,为我国企业物流的发展和进步提供有力的思想、管理和技术保障。
本文通过对沃尔玛百货公司先进的供应链管理策略、思想、技术进行系统的分析和介绍,研究沃尔玛公司成功的供应链管理模式,给我国的企业物流供应链管理的发展和方向带来一点启示。

Abstract
In the global networking, information, driven by the enterprise competition between the traditional pattern of change, from pure between enterprise and market, scale, the product competition gradually transformed into enterprise supply chain management of competition. Supply chain management is an integrated management ideas and methods of enterprise logistics development, and is the highest form, it broke traditional sense of competition between enterprises, the competition to another climax. At present abroad on supply chain management research has mature, reference and study abroad advanced supply chain management strategy of China's logistics industry's development and progress has important significance. At present, the application of supply chain management strategy, but China has been widespread most enterprises by thought, weak basis, the influence of technology and management, supply chain management is not mature, many places need reference and improved.
Wal-mart stores inc. Is a world's biggest retailer, its development and success of the supply chain management is originated from. Wal-mart from a small discount can develop into the store on the fortune 500 companies, it is the supply chain management strategy, and advanced modern information technology support for use, will supply all enterprise suppliers, producers, distributors and customers together become an integral whole, make the supply chain enterprises share of purchasing, production and sales of the functions of a coordinated development of an organic whole, thus increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire supply chain.
