摘 要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展，社会对会计诚信的要求也越来越高。但是现实是会计诚信缺失问题极其严重，各种会计造假现象层出不穷，我国会计诚信体系亟待建设。本文对会计诚信体系内涵、内容及构建必要性进行分析，以构建会计诚信体系为主线，通过查找相关的文献资料，发现我国会计诚信问题的现状，从而分析造成我国会计诚信缺失的各种原因，并简要阐述诚信缺失的危害，发现我国存在严重的“信用危机”，重点探讨如何构建和构建怎样一个行之有效的会计诚信体系；最后提出了会计诚信体系建设是一项紧密联系的系统工程，需要从诚信教育、内部控制等方面着手，建立起政府主导、法律保障、社会监督的具有我国特色的会计诚信体系的结论 。

Abstract
With the continuous development of our social economy, the requirements that the society attaches to honesty is becoming higher and higher. But the reality is that accounting honesty default is extremely serious, and all kinds of deceptive behaviors in accountancy emerge endlessly, so the construction of accounting honesty system is in great need. According to researches on the present situation of accounting honesty in our country, this article takes the construction of accounting honesty system as the main line, finding there exists serious \and materials, and it also briefly states the harmfulness of accounting honesty default. Then it analyses the various causes of accounting honesty default, making it clear that the construction of accounting honesty system is necessary, meanwhile it especially discusses how to build an effective accounting honesty system. Finally it comes to a conclusion that the construction of accounting honesty system is a closely connected systematic project ,and we need to start from the aspects of honesty education, internal control and so on to establish a government-leading, law-protecting and society-supervising accounting honesty system which has the characteristics of our country.
