大学生专业认同的现状调查与对策研究

摘 要:为了解当代大学生专业认同发展现状,现选取呼伦贝尔学院学前教育专业的大学生为被试,采用梁万生编制的《学前教育专业本科生专业认同问卷》进行调查。结果表明:学前教育专业本科生的现阶段专业认同发展状况良好;不同年级的大学生在专业前景方面存在显著性差异,且大二年级显著低于其他年级,而其他三个年级在这三个维度及总分上均不存在显著性差异;不同性别大学生在专业认同总分及专业定位、专业教育、专业前景三维度方面不存在显著性差异。并在此研究结果上,提出培养学生专业认同的有效对策。 关键词:专业认同;学前教育;大学生

Abstract: In order to understand the current situation of professional identity of contemporary college students, the college students of Hulunbeier University are selected as the subjects, a questionnaire survey was conducted in the study of professional identity of students majored in preschool education by Liang Wansheng. Results show that the professional identity of preschool education majors is in good condition; there were significant differences in the dimensions of professional prospects for preschool education students of different grades, Grade Two was significantly lower than other grades, and there were no significant differences in other grades. There were no significant differences in professional orientation, professional education, professional prospects and total score of students of different genders. And on the results of this study, this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to cultivate students' professional identity.

学前教育阶段影响着个体一生的发展,而决定其质量的核心要素是幼儿教师。幼儿教师只有对本专业价值认同,才能产生接纳专业的意识态度与思想行为[1]。而在走上工作岗位之前,学前教育专业大学生是否向往、接纳该职业,对学前教育专业是否拥有合理的认知、正确的态度和积极的情感,是需要调查的首要问题。已有研究结果表明,专业认同已在无形之中影响着大学生的学习热情、就业后的价值取向以及对待工作的态度[2]。即便我国学者也做过一些大学生专业认同的科学研究,但其调查涉及范围较广,且针对学前教育专业本科生的专业认
