Please read the following information about the three places and help contestant A complete the worksheet. Place A: The conference room. It’s often used for the important meetings. It can hold over 200 people. There is a small stage which can support at most 5 people staying meanwhile. Because there is going to be an important meeting held there at 8:00 p.m. on that day, only three hours are available. Place B: The Sun Square, this square is for outside activities. It’s large and open, holding 500 people is practicable, so the decoration will be flexible, you can develop all your imagination to decorate it. Luckily, it can be used at that time.

Place C: The school hall. It’s often used for different kinds of school activities, such as Christmas party, Costume ball and so on. It’s large enough to hold 330 people, and it’s available from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Oct,12. There is a big stage, which can hold different programs.
