基于PLC的污水处理厂控制系统的设计与实现

摘 要:本课题是基于西门子PLC的污水处理厂监控系统的设计。根据污水处理厂的特点,本控制系统采用目前国内外普遍应用的基于PLC的二级分布式集散控制系统。控制系统由设在综合房的中央控制室控制站和分布在现场3个PLC控制站组成,现场控制站由3套西门子PLC组成,通过PROFIBUS总线相互通信。本次设计主要完成对现场流程进行控制以及实现对整个系统的远程监控,通过现场PLC对各种电气设备的进行控制,通过变频器对提升泵的变频控制,利用wincc组态网实现对整个污水处理流程的监控。 关键词:PLC;PROFIBUS;监控;以太网 中图分类号:TP29 文献标识码:A Design and Implementation the Control System of Sewage Treatment Plant Based on PLC XU Long-yan,ZHAI Ya-hong
