动物科学专业人才培养方案
Cultivation Plan for Animal Science Major
一、培养目标 1. Cultivation Goal:
本专业培养适应社会主义建设需要的,德智体全面发展的,具备动物营养、饲料工程和动物源性工程方面的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能,能在饲料工业、动物源性食品工业等相关领域和部门从事技术与设计,推广与开发,经营与管理,教学与科研等工作的应用型科学与工程技术人才。
This program is aimed at educating the students with good morals, wisdom and health, with basic theories, knowledge and skills of animal nutrition, feed engineering and animal origin food engineering specialty and other related knowledge and skills. Upon graduation, the students will have the abilities to do works of scientific research and technology design, development and extension, marketing and management, teaching etc.
The students of this specialty are qualified for the works in the units of research institutes, engineering design company, feed mills, feed mechanic manufacturing company, feeding company, meat and dairy processing companys and related units.
二、基本规格 2. Basic Requirements:
毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:
1、具备扎实的数学、物理、化学等基础理论知识。
2、掌握动物营养、饲料学、饲料加工工程和动物源性食品加工等方面的基本理论知识。 3、掌握动物营养研究与饲料配方设计、饲料与动物产品品质评价与调控、饲料生产工艺与设备的选择设计、动物源性食品生产工艺与设备的选择设计、饲养厂与养殖厂设计及生产与技术管理等方面的基本方法和技术。
4、具备新产品、新工艺、新设备、新技术研究与开发的初步能力。
5、具备可持续发展的意识和基本知识,了解动物营养、饲料工程和动物源性食品加工学科前沿和发展趋势。
6、熟悉动物生产、饲料生产、动物源性食品加工与流通、环境保护等有关方针、政策和法规。 7、掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法,掌握一门外语,具有一定的科学研究和实际工作能力。 8、有调查研究与决策、组织与管理、口头和文字表达能力,具有独立获取知识、信息处理和创新的基本能力。
Through the four-year study,student can obtain the following knowledge and abilities: 1. Possess the well-knit basic theory of mathematics, physics and chemistry.
2. Master the funadmental knowledge of animal production, animal nutrition, feed science, feed processing engineering and animal origin food processing engineering etc.

3. Master the basic methods and technologies of animal nutrition research, feed and animal products quality evaluation and control, feed processing animal origin processing technology selection and design, animal farm design and production and technology management.
4. Possess the preliminary ability in new product, new processing technology, new equipment development.
5. Know the basic consciouness and knowledge of sustainable development, and understand the scientific frontline and trends in animal nutrition, feed science, feed processing engineering and animal origin food processing engineering etc.
6. Be familia with the laws, rules and policy of animal production, feed safety, food safety and envioronment protection etc.
7. Master the searching method of literatures and one foreign language, have the basic ability of research and working.
8. With basic abilities for investigation, decision making, organising, management, oral and written expression, obtaining knowledge, information process and creation.

五、主要课程 5. Main Courses
动物生物化学、动物营养学、饲料学、饲料加工工艺与设备、饲料工厂设计、饲料与动物产品分析、动物饲养学、动物源性食品加工工艺与设备、肉乳品工厂设计和肉乳品卫生检疫。
Animal biochemistry, Animal nutrition, Feedstuffs, Feed processing technology and equipment, Feed and feeding engineering design, Feed and animal products analysis and health quarantine, Animal feeding and animal origin food processing technology and equipment.
六、授予学位及毕业学分要求
6. Credit requirements of degree and graduation
本专业的学生,在校期间必须修满本培养方案所规定的175学分方能毕业。其中必修课158学分,专业选修课5学分,其它选修课12学分(其中包括全校公共选修课6学分)。
Students shall earn no less than 175 credits within the duration of academic study, respectively 158 credits for compulsory courses, 5 credits for professional elective courses, and 12 credits for other elective courses ( including 6 credits of common electives ).
符合国家学位规定和河南工业大学学位授予条件者,授予农学学士学位。

Those who can satisfy national stipulations of academic degree and the requirements of Henan University of Technology degree conferral, shall be granted with Agriculture Bachelor Degree.

八、教学进程计划表 8. Teaching Schedule:
(一)通识课程
通识平台课程学分要求:思想政治类16学分;体育4学分;高等数学B 9学分;大学物理B 5学分;大学英语15学分;计算机类5学分;人文素养类6学分。共计60学分。
校级集中实践环节选物理实验B,计1学分。 (二)学科、专业课程
