【摘要】History and current state of China＇s ROP policyrn China＇s refined oil pricing mechanism belonged to the stage of single target price before 1983, the stage of dual- price mechanism between 1983 and 1993, and the stage of price consolidation between 1994 and 1995. Then the mechanism got rid of the bondage of planned economy and entered into the track of market economy. Since 1998, the market reform of the mechanism advanced steadily based on China situation and was improved gradually, but it was still at the transitional stage. 【总页数】6页(16-21)
