一、医院感染控制

1、每月下到各个科室监测住院病人院感发生情况，督促临床医生及时报告院感病例，防止医院感染暴发或流行。

2、每月对手术室、产房、血透室等重点部门的空气、物体表面、工作人员手、消毒剂、灭菌剂、消毒灭菌物品等进行消毒灭菌效果及环境卫生学监测一次。发现不合格处，严加整改，直至监测结果合格为止。

3、每季度对临床科室、重点部门进行消毒隔离质量检查一次，对检查结果进行反馈，并提出改进措施。

4、根据本年度院感监控管理要求，配合全国院感监控管理培训基地，开展医院感染横断面调查一次。 二、抗菌药物应用：

1、按照相关规定对抗菌药物实行分级管理，定期调查住院病人抗菌药物使用情况。

2、协助检验科定期公布全院前五位感染细菌谱及其耐药菌，为临床医生合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。 三、传染病管理：

1、每天收集全院各科室的传染病报告卡、死亡医学诊断证明书、居民恶性肿瘤报告卡，做好全院疫情报告和死亡、肿瘤病例报告工作。

2、每天对收集的传染病报告卡进行审核，保证其内容完整、真实。 3、收到疫情报告卡和死亡病例报告后，按照规定时限，通过国家传染病疫情监测信息系统进行网络直报。

4、每月末，查阅全院本月的门诊日志、出入院登记、出院病历、放射科检查结果及检验科阳性结果登记本，发现漏报及时补报。

5、每月与医务科核定死亡病例登记，发现漏报及时补报。
