学前教育专业本科毕业生教学能力的现状调查

摘要：幼儿教师的专业实际能力是幼儿教师运用已学的知识，技能，解决或完成实践操作活动中所需要的实际工作能力。对于学前教育专业刚毕业的本科幼儿教师，实践能力还有很多欠缺，这样势必会影响幼儿教师教育教学质量的提升。为了了解这一现状，采用问卷调查法对陕西省200名刚毕业的本科幼儿教师进行调查，调查从幼儿教师的专业教学能力的理论知识运用、实践操作和组织沟通能力三方面进行，结果发现在科研能力、社区资源利用能力及组织沟通能力存在不足之处，教育实践中通过多种方式提高教师科研能力，发挥社区的作用，采用互动合作等提高教师组织沟通能力。 关键词：学前教育专业；本科毕业生；教学能力
