【摘要】Objective To study the images of fresh hard palate mucosal grafts by laser corneal confocal microscopy,to provide the new methods and basis for evaluating the posterior lamella eyelids reconstruction using hard palate mucosal grafts.Methods During surgery of hard palate mucosal grafts combination with orbicularis musculocutaneous flap for eyelids reconstruction,the fresh hard palate mucosal grafts were examined by laser corneal confocal microscopy and pathology.The two results were compared.Results The fresh hard palate mucosal grafts were layered into stratum epithelium and lamina propria.The stratum epithelium
