AIS远程应用的研究

摘要
AIS的远程应用系统,即LRIT系统,避免了AIS的作用范围受VHF作用范围限制的缺点,岸上主管机关可以通过船载的自动识别系统AIS提取船舶的识别码、船舶航向、航速等动静态信息,并利用全球海上遇险和搜救系统(GMDSS)的Inmarsat-C以固定时间间隔发送LRIT数据,并经过对数据的处理,实现对较远距离范围内的船舶的远程识别与跟踪。在如今全球化的趋势下,显示出了更多的作用,例如反恐,环保,搜救,航行安全等领域。所以研究LRIT系统显得愈加重要。
本文通过了解AIS远程应用系统的发展历史及其优越性,了解了AIS远程应用系统的重要性和研究的必要性,熟知AIS远程应用系统的回复协议等,最终用Visual Basic软件实现该系统的模拟。实验主要取得如下成果:
(1)实现了用VSPM软件虚拟两个串口,并将两个虚拟串口连接起来。 (2)实现了用Visual Basic 软件设计询问方和应答方的程序界面。 (3)实现了在两个程序中用两个Microsoft Comm Control 6.0控件控制两个串口,并同时运用这两个串口进行通信。
(4)实现了岸台方即询问方将询问信息按协议编码打包,发送给船舶,即应答方。
(5)实现了将应答方收到的询问信息解码显示,并提示被询问的信息。 (6)实现了船舶,即应答方,将被请求内容按回复协议编码打包发送给岸台,即询问方。
(7)实现了岸台,即询问方,将接受到的船舶信息解码显示。
该软件的模拟实现,对理解LRIT系统的重要性及其运行过程有重要意义。现如今,LRIT尚在研究开发中,并未实现,所以该实验为LRIT系统的开发奠定了基础,具有很重要的实际意义。

Abstract
The range of operation of standard AIS is limited to the range of VHF.But the LRIT system avoids of this. The competent authorities on the shore can extract vessel ID ,course over ground in degrees,Speed over ground (SOG)in knots and other static and dynamic information by the shipborn Automatic Identification system (AIS).And use the Inmarsat-C of the global maritime distress and search and rescue system (GMDSS) to send the LRIT data at regular intervals. After the data processing,within the scope of the more distant range, identifing and tracking of ships are implemented. LRIT in today's globalization trend, showing a greater role in. Such as terrorism, environmental protection, search and rescue, navigational safety and other fields.So researching LRIT system seems more important.
By understanding the history of long-range AIS system‘s development and the advantage of it,I understand the importance of the long-range AIS system and the necessity of researching it,knowing the AIS Long-range Reply Sentence,then complete simulicating of the LRIT system by Visual Basic software. Experimental results as follow.
First,achived devising the responder‘s and requestor‘s program interface by Visual Basic software.
Second,achived chontroling the both serial ports by two Microsoft Comm 6.0 controls in two different programs and communicating by the serial ports.
Third,achived the shore,requestor,package of the information they request encoded according to the sentence and sending them to the ships ,reponsor.
Fourth,achived decoding the information reponser received and displaying them,at the same time,showing that information was asked.
Fifth,achived ships,responser,return the information which are requested according the reply sentence to the shore,requestor.
Sixth, achived decoding the information requestor received and displaying them. Implementation of the software simulation is very important for understanding the LRIT system ?s importance and running process.
Now, LRIT system is still under development, it has not been achieved,so the experiment laid the foundation for the LRIT system development,it has important practical significance.
