have/has been to意为“曾经去过??”，表示一种经历，着重指到目前为止的一个结果。后可接次数，表示“去过几次”，可与just, never, ever等连用。have/has gone to, 意为“去了某地”。

4. They find it hard to spell and pronounce the words. 他们发现单词很难拼写和发音。

find + it+形容词+to+do sth, 意为“发现做某事??”，it 在句中作形式宾语，真正的宾语是动词不定式。
