摘 要

本文从临沂大学实际出发，运用文献资料、问卷调查、数据统计、逻辑分析等研究方法对临沂大学篮球专项学生裁判员的现状进行调查与分析，得出以下结论：临沂大学篮球专选学生学习篮球裁判热情高涨，但篮球裁判教学培训课时少，缺乏系统的培训体系。学生裁判员基本功不够扎实，对篮球规则的理解掌握不够熟练。缺乏有效的临场执法时间、机会。篮球等级裁判培训制度尚未完善。

从而给出的建议是：改进篮球裁判教学模式，加强篮球裁判理论课的学习培训。学生应加强篮球裁判基本功的学习，学校要通过各方面的渠道为学生提供大量的实践机会，学校主管部门应利用各方面的渠道，为优秀学生篮球裁判考取等级证书提供条件与支持。

ABSTRACT

This article from the Linyi university reality, the use of the status quo of research methods of literature, questionnaire survey, data statistics, logic analysis of Linyi university basketball student referees for investigation and analysis, draw the following conclusions: Linyi university basketball elective students learning basketball referee enthusiasm, but basketball referee training class is less, the lack of system training system. Lack of solid basic skills of basketball student referees, understanding the rules are not skilled enough. The lack of time, opportunity and effective law enforcement spot. Basketball referee training system is not yet perfect grade.

Giving advice is: the improvement of basketball referee teaching mode, strengthening the basketball referee theory course training. Students should strengthen the basketball basic skill learning, the school will through various channels to provide a lot of opportunities to practice for the students, the school authorities should use various channels, provide conditions and support for the outstanding student basketball referees to obtain certificates.
