三、本节课的学习要点及考点
1.—What’s the date today?----it’s May 8th.
Date意为“日期”，指某事件发生的具体日期，不同于day“天，白天”。What day 专门用来询问星期几，而what’s the date专门用来询问日期。答语一般都用It作主语来回答。在询问未来星期几或日期时，一般不用将来时，而常用一般现在时。如： --what’s the date tomorrow? 明天几号？
--It’s May 18th, 2010. 明天是2010年的5月18号。 注意：对于过去时间的提问，is要改为was。
--what was the date the day before yesterday --It was October 1st. 2. Oh, your birthday is coming. 噢，你的生日就要来到了。

本句中的is coming 属于用现在进行时表示一般将来时的结构。Come属于表示位置移动的词，其他表示位置移动的动词还有go， arrive， leave，move，start等，这些动词也有类似用法。如：
We’re arriving in Beijing next Tuesday.下周二我们将到达北京。 3. How do you plan to celebrate it? 你打算怎样庆祝它（你的生日）呢？
