在功能齐全的特大型商场、商社迅速发展的同时,各种便民的超市如雨后春笋般地遍地开花,随处可见其绰约的英姿。超市如此快速发展,证明其具有强大的发展潜力和旺盛的生命力，其中连锁超市在其中发展是最为迅猛的，但是连锁超市在经营中有很多风险，对此分析连锁超市的经营风险，并作出一系列的举措防范于未然，可避免企业在在经营风险上出现损耗，文章通过欧尚超市对于经营风险的处理方法为例，提出了对我国连锁超市经营风险的分析与防范。
