摘要
本设计为液压式钢筋调直切断机切断装置设计,设计内容主要是切断装置原 理方案的确定、切断装置的设计计算、切断装置液压系统的设计、液压件的选择 及切断装置的结构设计等。
本设计中介绍了液压系统方案的确定,并在后面附上了一张确定后液压系统 原理图。
液压系统的设计和计算是本文重点着手对象,其中液压缸是本设计的最重要 的组成部分,其中包含了负载的计算、系统工作压力的确定、活塞与活塞杆的计 算、缸体长度的确定以及活塞杆稳定性的演算等。
油箱的设计也是本文的重点,其中包含了油箱容积的计算,油箱结构的设计, 油箱与液压泵和电机的安装方式等。

ABSTRACT
The design for the hydraulic steel bar straightening and cutting machine cutting
device design, the main content of the design is the principle scheme of the cutting device, cutting device, cutting device design and calculation of hydraulic system design, hydraulic parts and cutting device structure design.
The design of hydraulic system for the determination of, and attached at the rear of a determined principle diagram of hydraulic system.
Hydraulic system design and calculation is the key to the object, wherein a hydraulic cylinder design is the most important part, which includes the load calculation, system working pressure determination, piston and piston rod, cylinder length determination and calculation of piston rod stability calculation etc..
Tank design is the focus of this paper, which includes the oil tank volume
calculation, design the structure, fuel tanks and hydraulic pump and motor installation methods.
