焚烧炉PLC控制原理分析 及典型故障的排除和改进

内容摘要

本文主要分析了“太阳神”轮所使用的ATLAS 200 SL WS P型焚烧炉的PLC控制原理。叙述了内加料门开启失效这一典型故障的分析及排除过程。并针对该焚烧炉设计不足之处，提出了相应的改进措施。

文章首先介绍了目前船舶焚烧炉的使用情况及技术要求。其次介绍了“太阳神”轮焚烧炉装置的系统组成和操作方法。再者根据该焚烧炉的工作特点和控制系统的组成，以及相关国际防污染公约的规定和限制，总结出其运行中的具体控制参数，并结合系统电路图及Modicon MicroTSX3722型PLC外围接线图，着重分析了该焚烧炉的PLC控制原理及其系统的控制流程；另外就焚烧炉的负压调整方法进行分析，提出了改进措施；通过分析实习期间焚烧炉内加料门开启失效的故障，介绍了内加料门启闭的控制原理及特点，并采取有效措施排除了故障，进而提出其控制的改进方案。最后结合焚烧炉叙述了机械设备日常管理注意事项和心得体会，以及实习的收获。

ABSTRACT

This paper mainly introduced the PLC controlling principle of TaiYangShen’s ATLAS 200 SL WS P incinerator which is produced by Danmark Atlas company. analyze and solve the sluice door opening and losing efficiency this typical trouble in dispelling. depending on the incinerator’s design insufficiency, propose some corresponding improvement measures.

The article has introduced the operating position of the shipping incinerator and technical requirement at present at first. Making up and working technique that secondly has recommended breeding the system of TaiYangShen’ device of an incinerator. Moreover according to the working characteristic of this incinerator and composition of control system, and regulation and restriction of relevant international antipollution conventions, summarize its concrete control parameter while operating, combine the wiring of systematic circuit and PLC, has analyzed emphatically PLC of this incinerator controls the control procedure of principle and system; In addition adjust the method and analyze, have proposed improving the measure on the negative pressure of the incinerator; Through analyzing the sluice door in the incinerator during practising opens the invalid trouble, control principle and characteristic that the sluice door opens and closes, take the effective measure to debug while introducing, and then propose its control's improvement scheme. Combine the incinerator finally and narrated everyday control attentive matters of mechanical equipment and gains in depth of comprehension, and the harvest practised.
