毕业论文-高速动车组转向架标准及规范的研究

摘要

随着经济的发展和科学技术的进步,高速动车组在我国必将得到更广泛的使用。转向架是动车组的关键部件之一,其性能好坏对动车组运行安全性具有十分重要的影响。所以对高速动车转向架的标准的研究也是非常必要的,同时标准化是一项综合性的技术基础工作,通过标准的制定和组织实施,可以有效地保证和提高产品质量和工程质量,是组织现代化生产和进行贸易的技术准则,是科学管理的重要组成部分。

本文简要介绍了国内外包括日本新干线、E系列和欧洲TGV、ICE还有国内CRH系列等高速动车组转向架的发展概况和发展方向,并简述了高速动车组转向架的主要组成零部件的特点与要求。通过对转向架构架的国内标准(TB/T 2368-2005)、JIS标准(JIS E 4207-2002)和UIC标准(UIC 615-4-2003)的详细分析和研究,国内标准和UIC标准主要包括列车在超常载荷和模拟运营载荷下的试验方法,JIS标准则对其设计的通用条件及载荷试验方法进行了规定。最后对三个标准进行综合比较和对比研究,找出了它们之间的差异性和存在差别的原因,对TB/T 2368-2005提出改进意见。

同时本文针对转向架轮对的国内外标准包括《200km/h及以上速度级铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定暂行规定》(以下简称暂行规定)的轮对标准部分、UIC 510-5-2003、EN 13103-2001、EN 13104-2001和JIS E 4505-1995做了研究与分析,建议按照规定更为严格的欧洲规范进行轮对强度设计,同时应该根据实际运用经验对其进行修改完善,尽快制定出符合本国高速动车组转向架轮对强度的计算标准。

最后本文研究了弹簧悬挂装置的国内标准,并将其与其他国外标准进行分析和比较,可以得出国内空气弹簧标准应当吸取既有JIS与EN弹簧标准中合理的内容,结合中国轨道车辆运行情况和运行条件,提出修改的建议。

Abstract

With the development of national economy and scientific and technological progress, high-speed electric multi-units (EMU) is bound to be more widely used in China. The bogie is one of the key components of the EMU, its performance is good or bad to have an important impact of EMU run security. Standard of high-speed motor bogie is also very necessary, while standardization is a comprehensive technical foundation work, implemented through the development of standards and organizations can effectively ensure and improve product quality and quality of the project is to organize modernization of production and trade-related technical standards, an important part of scientific management.

This paper introduces the domestic and foreign, including Japan's Shinkansen, the Series E and the European TGV, ICE, as well as domestic CRH series such as the overview of the development and direction of development of high-speed EMU bogie and a major component of high-speed EMU bogieparts of the characteristics and requirements. By domestic standards on the bogie frame (TB/T 2368-2005), JIS standard (JIS E 4207-2002) standards and UIC standards (UIC 615-4-2003), the detailed analysis and research, national standards and UIC standards provisions, including the train under extraordinary loads and simulated operational load test methods, general conditions of JIS standards, its design, and load test methods. Finally, the three criteria to compare and contrast studies to identify the differences between them and the presence of the difference is due to suggestions for improvement of TB/T 2368-2005.

In this paper, the bogie wheel on the domestic and international standards including the Interim Provisions of 《200km/h and above speed class railway vehicle strength design and test evaluation》 (hereinafter referred to as Interim Provisions) of the wheel on a standard part of the UIC 510-5-2003, EN 13103-2001、EN 13104-2001and JIS E-4505-1995, do research and analysis, proposed more stringent European regulations in accordance with the provisions of the round on the strength of the design should be based on the experience of the practical application of revised and improved as soon as possible to work out according to their own high-speed EMU bogie wheel on the strength calculation standards.

Finally, this paper studied the Interim Provisions of the spring suspension of domestic standards, and other foreign standards for analysis and comparison can be drawn from the

domestic air springs standard should learn the contents of both JIS and EN spring standard, combined with the Chinese track vehicle operation and operating conditions presented a revised proposal.
