攀枝花学院本科毕业设计(论文) ABSTRACT

摘 要

末端淬火法是测定钢淬透性的一种常用试验方法。末端淬火试验机是用于测定钢末端淬透性的专用设备。

本文分析了淬火热力学条件及末端淬火机理,学习和研究《钢 淬透性的末端淬火试验方法》(GB/T225-2006),在广泛调研国内一些单位自制试验装置的基础上,集各家之长,加之于自己独创的结构设计,绘制出符合GB/T225-2006要求的末端淬透性试验机图纸。

该设备用水箱控制水位,水箱固定于1000mm高的水泥墩上,水箱水位与喷水口高度相差307mm,调节喷水口改变喷水口水射流高度,达到本标准要求的水位高度。该设备适用于碳钢和低合金钢的末端淬透性试验。

ABSTRACT

Jominy end quench test is a common methods of steel hardenability . End hardenability test machine is used to determine the end of hardenability of special equipment.

This paper analyses the quenching thermodynamic conditions and the end of quenching mechanism, study and research \method\of test devices, each set of Long, in addition to its original structure, designed to meet the requirements of the end of GB/T225-2006 hardenability test machine, the device with a water level of control the water level in order to control the water height. Water tank fixed in 1000 mm high concrete columniation, water tanks and water fountain mouth height difference of 307 mm, I change the water fountain regulation saliva jet height, reach the standards require that the water level high. The device applies to low-carbon steel and alloy steel hardenability the end of trial.
